• What are your office hours and location?

  Our call center is open Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 11 pm (Pacific Standard Time) and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Of course, you are free to shop our Web site for tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is closed during all major holidays. Web orders placed after 2:00 pm west coast time will be processed the next business day.

• How do I know that my transaction is secure and that my personal information is protected?

  INTS Tickets ensures a safe, secure customer buying experience. Our offices are equipped with the latest computer technology powered by Microsoft BackOffice SBS. All transactions conducted on our Web site through a secure browser are protected by SSL software, the industry standard and the best software available today for secure online commerce business. All transactions are processed on our secure server with full 128-bit encryption. This means that all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, cannot be read as the data travels over the Internet. We invite you to shop with confidence of knowing that your personal information is protected at all times. 

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and the Discover card. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address where your statements are sent. Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require faxed authorization from you. The faxed authorization will include a signed copy of the Card Holder Verification Form along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card used during the purchase. This is done to protect both you and INTS Tickets against fraudulent credit card use.

• How are my tickets shipped?

  All tickets are shipped via FedEx Express courier service and all deliveries require a signature. We do not allow any reroutes on the package. The courier must deliver it to the address on any package. They cannot deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when you place your order. Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address.

• What are E-mail or"TicketFast" tickets?

  TicketFast tickets are the same as E-Tickets used by the airlines. E-Tickets or TicketFast tickets are the newest form of tickets issued by ticketmaster. These tickets are valid and 100% legitimate tickets. At the venue, the ticket's barcode will be scanned to give you entry. The E-Tickets are 100% transferrable so the name printed in the upper right corner of the ticket is irrelevant when attending an event. These tickets can be e-mailed or faxed to you in order to facilitate last minute requests.

• How can I track my order?

  INTS Tickets will inform you as to when you can expect your package when we confirm your order. We also have a Ticket Tracker link on the top right of the site, where you will be asked to put the email and pin that we will send you upon ordering tickets. If the FedEx package does not arrive by when expected, please contact our Customer Service Department. Since we require a signature on all deliveries most packages can be traced quickly.

• I purchased tickets from INTS Tickets but cannot attend the event. What is your refund/return policy?

  There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. This policy is in place because when you purchase your tickets we secure and acquire those tickets for you and are not able to recover our costs. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.

• What if my event is cancelled?

  If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any Shipping and Service charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. In all other instances mentioned above we will attempt in every case to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets; however, no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.

• What if my event is postponed?

  If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued. We are not able to offer customers refunds on postponed events.

• Can I put tickets on hold?

  The ticket-hold policy is set by each individual listing seller. Although we cannot guarantee that a particular seller will be willing to hold tickets, we will certainly ask them on your behalf. If we are able to have a seller hold tickets, they typically will allow an hour or two for you to make your final decision on whether or not to purchase the tickets.

• Can I purchase an INTS Tickets Gift Certificate?

  INTS Tickets gift certificates make great gifts. Gift certificates can be purchased in the following increments of $250, $500 and $1000 and used for any event.

• What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

  When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

• What is a ticket broker?

  INTS Tickets permits a number of professional ticket sellers to list their inventories on our site. Among our thoroughly screened listing sellers are reputable ticket brokers. A broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales." A ticket broker does just that. There are people who want to sell their tickets and there are also people who want to buy those same tickets. There are two ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee.

• Why are the tickets on your site listed above face value?

  Ticket brokers generally sell their tickets at prices above face value. This price is known as the ticket's "market value." The only place you can purchase tickets at face value is through ticketmaster or a venue box office. However, it is important to note that these primary sellers often charge additional service fees creating actual prices that are higher than the amount listed on the face of the ticket.
  
  Ticket brokers specialize in obtaining desirable seats for high-demand and sold-out events. They get these tickets from a variety of sources including season ticket holders and individuals who have extra tickets for events. To obtain these high-demand tickets, brokers pay a premium, or a price often well above face value. They then sell these tickets at market value. The market value price for a ticket is determined by many factors including seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event, etc.
  
  In order to provide outstanding service and selection to consumers, INTS Tickets includes a marginal mark-up on the tickets listed on our Web site. Like any business, whether it's a gas station or a grocery store, this mark-up covers operational costs, ticket order processing, packaging, etc. And just like other businesses, the market value for tickets fluctuates. This means that we sometimes must sell tickets for below what the listing sellers actually paid.
